The data upload fails

Make sure your data is transformed correctly and fulfills the requirements specified above. If you still encounter problems contact the Signavio Support Team at support@signavio.com. Include the URL of data upload view that is currently open in the error description.

The system doesn’t display any data

Check if you applied filters that are either excluding all provided data or excluding each other.
